Quality Control

We devotedly adhere to our protocols to achieve quality control in all kinds of electrical works we execute. Some of them are listed below:

Premium quality check – This encompasses premium quality of supply materials procured at the purchase department. Our ardent focus is reserved to the precision in material specifications as per the ‘Tender Document’ and Quantity Bill.
Certificates and Supportive Documents – In our stringent procedure, we also demand the OEM Manufacturers for Type Test Certificates, Manuals and other supportive documents along with the Supply Materials. In case of fabricated items such as the Switchboards, our Engineers conduct unprecedented inspections at the Shop Floor to assure Quality maintenance by the fabricator.
Routine Assessment Checks – Our Quality Control Executives cross-verify each and every Working Drawings obtained from the clients, and Assessment Checks are performed to ensure its correctness as per layout drawings. In case of discrepancies of any kind, the issue is escalated to the Supplier along with Client copies. This course of process eliminates possible additional cost or excessive supply of materials.
Manual Checks on receipt – Over and above, on receipt, the materials are manually checked for any mechanical or physical damage, missing or short supply, and the same shall be reported to the office for appropriate action.
Segregation and Identification – the items thus received are segregated and partitioned with appropriate identification tags well ahead of supply at the work station
Essential Certificates and Manuals – we also assure to document all Factory Test Certificates and Instruction Manuals, and the copies shall also be shared with the Clients for their perusal and maintenance.
